Contest Terms

The Terima waitlist is free and open to anyone. By signing up, you confirm that the email address provided is yours and that you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Each person may register only once with a single email address. Multiple accounts by the same person will be removed.

Your position in the waitlist is determined by the points you accumulate: • Referrals — each friend who signs up using your referral link and confirms their email earns you points. • Completed activities — additional tasks available in your dashboard after sign-up that earn you extra points. Only confirmed users (those who have clicked the confirmation link) count toward referral credits. Unconfirmed signups have no effect.

At launch, the following prizes will be awarded: • Top 3 — 1 year of free access to the full Terima plan. • Top 4 to 10 — 1 month of free access to the full Terima plan. Prizes are assigned manually after launch, never automatically. Before assignment, Terima will review the top positions to verify they were obtained legitimately.

The following behaviors will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the waitlist: • Registering multiple accounts (same person, different emails). • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate signups or referrals. • Purchasing, exchanging, or obtaining referrals through incentivized schemes outside the platform. • Providing false or third-party email addresses. Terima reserves the right to flag and exclude any account showing anomalous activity at its sole discretion.

The first 1,000 users on the leaderboard at launch will get access to the app first. Users outside the top 1,000 will be included in the second access wave.

Terima reserves the right to: • Modify these terms at any time, with notice via email to registered users. • Suspend or cancel the waitlist in the event of technical issues, regulatory requirements, or strategic changes. • Adjust the prizes, number of winners, or ranking criteria, with prior notice. In the event of cancellation, no compensation will be owed to waitlist participants.

Terima is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the waitlist, loss of position due to anti-fraud action, or changes to the terms. Participation is voluntary.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
